ProgressLoop Support
Get help with the app, your account or a problem you've run into.
Contact
Email support@progressloop.eu. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. If possible, include your device model, its iOS or Android version and the ProgressLoop version shown in Settings.
Do not send your password, Health data or progress photos. ProgressLoop support will never ask for your password.
Account and data
You can export your data from Settings → Export data, or permanently delete the account from Settings → Delete account, in the iPhone or the Android app. To delete it without the app, and to see what deleting takes and what it leaves, read Delete your account. For a privacy request, use the same support address and read the Privacy Policy for the full process.
Notifications
Choose how messages about coaching, sessions and plans from your trainer reach you - email, a notification on your phone or both - in Settings → Notifications. If you expect a notification and never see one, check that notifications for ProgressLoop are allowed in iOS Settings, or choose email for that type of message. Links to confirm your email address or reset your password are always sent by email.
Calendar sync
Turn on Settings → Calendar sync to keep your schedule in your iPhone calendar or a connected Google Calendar. When you turn off either option, the app asks whether to remove the events it created. You can also withdraw calendar access in iOS Settings, or remove ProgressLoop's access from your Google account's security settings.
Apple Health
ProgressLoop can read only the data types you approve. You can review or withdraw those permissions at any time in the Health app on your iPhone. Workouts completed on your Apple Watch are saved to Apple Health as strength training. This requires a separate permission, which you can also withdraw in the Health app. The Privacy Policy explains which workout details are saved.
Before you write
ProgressLoop helps you log your training. It does not provide medical advice. If you have a medical concern, contact a qualified health professional. The Terms of Use provide more details.
